At Travel Magic Companion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy explains when refunds are available and how to request them.

Free Tier

Our Explorer (Free) tier does not require payment and therefore no refunds apply.

Paid Subscriptions

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee for new subscribers. If you are not satisfied with our Wanderer or Voyager subscription within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you may request a full refund.

Monthly Subscriptions

After the 7-day satisfaction period:

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
  • No refunds are provided for partial months
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing period

Service Issues

If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the Service, and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a prorated refund for the affected period. Please contact our support team to report issues.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us within the applicable timeframe:

  • Include your Telegram username and subscription details
  • Describe the reason for your refund request

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exceptions

Refunds may be denied if:

  • The request is made after the applicable refund period
  • There is evidence of abuse of the Service or violation of our Terms of Service
  • The account has been terminated for violation of our Terms

Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the modified Refund Policy.
